Dean’s offers the Spring Funds on the Grow fundraiser program to non-profit organizations in our region in support of their community activities. With over 30 years of experience in the Funds on the Grow program, Dean’s has customers all over Ohio and into West Virginia, offering dozens of plants in a wide variety of colors.
Dean's provides you and your organization the tools you need to put together a successful Spring Plant and Flower fundraiser. We provide a glossy photo Fundraising Product Flyer full of color photos of the products you'll be selling. We also provide order blanks for your sellers to take orders and collect all the necessary information you'll need to fill them. We even have several options to help you set the best price-point for your fundraising community. And this year we've also provided electronic versions of the materials to make coordinating your fundraising event even easier than ever. January/February: Contact us for a complete brochure and to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. Request color sales brochures and posters. The support materials are mailed out as requests are received.
March: distribute order forms and color sales brochures to membership
April: Deadline to submit your Master Order to Dean’s is April 23, 2010. We recommend you set an internal deadline for your organization that is earlier, to allow for processing your orders and accepting late orders from your members.
May: Take delivery of your plants on your scheduled delivery date/time. Arrange for volunteers to assist with unloading plants and picking orders. Payment is made upon delivery of the plants.
